A large-scale project has just been completed
A 7-storey elevation including the expansion of offices and a warehouse, the transformation of a natural stone basement into a wine cellar, the creation of an apartment hotel with 31 units, as well as three apartments .
La Corne à Vin
In the basement, the beautiful vaulted cellars in natural stones are the ideal setting for storing the wines of the Grand Cour/ Pellegrin estate and for organizing tastings and events.
This 360 m2 space is available to rent for your private events.
The apartments
An aparthotel with 31 units, ranging from studios to 3.5 rooms, is spread around a central atrium between the 2nd and 6th floors.
On the 7th and 8th floors, three apartments of 3, 4 and 5 rooms are available for rent. The penthouse apartment therefore has a large panoramic terrace with a view of the harbor.
Architectural choices inspired by the world of wine
The facade of the building evokes the earth and the vine; on the courtyard side, a solid brick exterior punctuated with glazed bricks in different red hues, and on the railway side, a facade enhanced by the juxtaposition of enamelled glass elements with multiple scarlet shades.
Inside the building, the beautiful central atrium opens onto a skylight. It is decorated with three handcrafted chandeliers.
Masterpieces made with magnum bottles that exalt their volumes.
