About Us
The building was built in 1923, housing the warehouse and offices of the company COTFER SA, specializing in the creation of Swiss souvenirs. Completely renovated and completed in 2018, it has seven additional floors, in addition to the company's warehouse and offices which have increased in size, it now houses an aparthotel nestled between the second and sixth floors as well as three apartments including one in attic. In the basement, the vaulted cellars in natural stones have been rehabilitated to store the wine of the Domaine Grand'Cour of the winemaker Jean-Pierre Pellegrin and to organize tastings and events.
